Rhea Seehorn Joins as Pryce’s New Coach

Emmy Award nominee and Golden Globe winner Rhea Seehorn, known for her work in “Pluribus,” has joined the Season 2 cast. She will play Amanda, a skilled golf coach who works with Pryce Cahill (Wilson) as he attempts a return to competitive golf.

Seehorn’s character becomes a key part of Pryce’s support system. She joins trusted caddie Mitts, played by Marc Maron, in helping Pryce navigate his comeback journey.

What to Expect in Season 2

The new season picks up with Santi taking the next step in his pursuit of professional golf. The young player discovers how quickly the game changes when talent becomes expectation.

Meanwhile, Pryce Cahill finds himself wondering what might still be possible for him. Urged on by his former rival Clark Ross (Timothy Olyphant), Pryce decides to bet on himself. He launches an improbable comeback, hoping to become the oldest golfer ever to win a major.

The road back proves harder than Pryce imagined. As he gets closer to the golfer he once was, he is forced to confront why he never fulfilled the promise everyone once saw in him.

Season 2 puts Pryce and Santi on parallel paths. Santi learns what happens when natural talent becomes a professional expectation, while Pryce tries to find out if he still has enough left to compete at the highest level.

A Show With Ted Lasso Connections

“Stick” draws comparisons to “Ted Lasso” for its sports comedy approach and focus on relationships. Created by Jason Keller, the show follows a similar formula of mixing humor with emotional storytelling.

The series comes from Apple Studios, with Keller serving as showrunner and executive producer alongside Wilson, Ben Silverman for Propagate Content, and Entertainment 360’s Guymon Casady. Additional executive producers include Christopher Moynihan, Rodney Ferrell, Howard T. Owens, Drew Buckley, Lee Eisenberg, and Bill Callahan.
