The new season of Euphoria dropped its second episode on April 19, 2026, and viewers are already talking about one character. Her name is Angel, played by actress Priscilla Delgado. She quickly became a fan favorite, but her story took a very dark turn.
Episode 2 of Season 3 shows Rue Bennett (Zendaya) working at a strip club called the Silver Slipper. She is working for a dangerous man named Alamo (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje). There, she meets Angel, a fiery and attractive dancer who is always chewing gum. They form a close bond very fast and even end up sleeping together in the back of a car.
But things get serious when Angel starts asking hard questions about her missing best friend, Tish (Emma Kotos). Tish died from a fentanyl overdose in the first episode because of bad drugs. Alamo lied to Angel, telling her Tish just ran away with a man. Rue finally tells Angel the truth: Tish is dead. This news breaks Angel completely, and she begins to use drugs heavily, which puts her job and her life at risk.
The Scary Rehab Scene That Has Fans Worried
Rue sees that Angel is falling apart. She asks Alamo to pay for Angel to go to rehab. Alamo agrees, but the situation feels very wrong from the start. Rue drives Angel to a facility in the middle of nowhere. The building looks cold and scary, not like a real hospital. There is no paperwork. There are no doctors visible.
Angel looks terrified as Rue leaves her there. Right after Rue drives away, an ambulance pulls up to the facility. The show does not show what happens next. This ending left the audience with a big question: Is Angel actually getting help, or is Alamo getting rid of her because she knows too much?
One fan wrote on social media:
I have such a soft spot for Angel though, I really hope she makes it out alive.
Another viewer shared:
Her acting is stellar, her emotions come through so strongly. I felt her fear when Rue brought her to the rehab.
Who is Actress Priscilla Delgado?
Priscilla Delgado is the 24-year-old actress playing Angel. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She started acting as a child in Spain. You might recognize her from Pedro Almodovar’s movie Julieta (2016) where she played a younger version of the main character. She also starred in the Amazon series A League of Their Own.
Getting this role was a long journey for her. She first auditioned for Euphoria when she was just 17 years old for Season 2, but she did not get the part. She tried again years later and finally landed the role of Angel for Season 3.

Will Angel Survive? Looking at the Evidence
Even though the episode made it look like Angel might die, there is strong evidence she will be back.
- Episode Count: According to IMDb, Priscilla Delgado is listed to appear in six episodes of Season 3. Since we have only seen two episodes so far, that means Angel will likely appear in at least four more episodes.
- Fan Demand: Viewers are already asking for more of her. Many are comparing her performance to that of singer Rosalia, who also appeared in the episode as a different dancer. Fans said Delgado’s acting was much stronger.
Angel’s fate is still a mystery. Did Rue save her life or send her to a trap? Right now, Angel is in a very dangerous place, but the show is not done with her yet.
