How the Brand Reputation Rankings Are Calculated
The brand reputation index is a metric created through big data analysis. It measures how online consumer habits affect brand consumption.
The analysis evaluates both boy groups and girl groups together in a single brand category. The index measures the participation index, media index, communication index, and community index for each individual rookie idol.
The data also includes qualitative evaluations from the brand reputation monitor. This comprehensive approach allows the institute to measure positive and negative evaluations, media interest, and consumer engagement.
