The fifth and final season of The Boys continues its weekly run on Prime Video. Episode 4, titled King of Hell, dropped on April 22, 2026. This episode brings back the full ensemble of heroes, villains, and introduces a surprise guest star who shares an interesting connection to superhero history.

Karl Urban Leads the Cast as Billy Butcher
Karl Urban returns as William “Billy” Butcher, the vengeful leader of The Boys. In this episode, Butcher continues his single-minded mission to wipe out all Supes using the virus. He compares Ryan’s recovery to Luke Skywalker in Star Wars. Urban has played this role since the series began in 2019. His performance balances dark humor with genuine menace.
Antony Starr Plays the Villain Homelander
Antony Starr portrays John Gillman also known as Homelander. The leader of The Seven believes he is a messiah after claiming an angel visited him. Tomer Capone portrays Serge known as Frenchie. He starts working on the new virus. Capone’s character figures out the toxoplasmosis problem in the forest. He remains unaffected because of his past drug use.
Karen Fukuhara plays Kimiko Miyashiro also called The Female. She shows her protective side by saving Hughie during the fight. Fukuhara continues to perform intense action sequences without dialogue.
Chace Crawford and Nathan Mitchell Bring the Humor
Chace Crawford plays Kevin Kohler known as The Deep. Episode 4 gives fans more of the show’s satire through his podcast scenes. He gets into an argument with Black Noir II about his food.
Nathan Mitchell returns as Black Noir II. The character confronts The Deep about his behavior. Mitchell’s performance adds dark comedy to the Vought storyline.

Jessie T. Usher appears as Reggie Franklin or A-Train. His character continues his path toward redemption.

Tim Daly Makes a Surprise Cameo as Starlight’s Father
Episode 4 introduces Tim Daly as Rick, Annie’s estranged father. The veteran actor appears in a significant guest role. Daly is known for playing Clark Kent in Superman: The Animated Series (1996-2000). His character now works as a deputy sheriff under Homelander’s regime.
