Details of the Incident

On August 6, around 11:15 PM, Suga was reportedly driving an electric scooter near his home in Hannam-dong when he was stopped. His blood alcohol level was measured at 0.227%, significantly over the legal limit. The Seoul Yongsan Police Station took charge of the case and initiated an investigation.

Police Investigation and Admission

Following the incident, Suga was questioned by the police for three hours on August 23. During this interrogation, Suga admitted to all charges against him. His case was subsequently forwarded to the prosecution on August 30 without detention.

“Suga admitted to all charges,” reported YTN.

This development marks a significant moment in the legal proceedings against the BTS member, who is facing serious legal consequences for his actions.
