Actress Han So Hee faces divided opinions after showing off her “hidden” tattoo at a DIOR event.
While tattoos are still seen as taboo in Korea, Han So Hee has constantly spoken about the stigma female celebrities face. Although she has removed many of her tattoos, she still flaunts some of the artwork when she can.
On May 29, Han So Hee attended an event for DIOR in Seoul.
As expected, the idol looked beautiful and elegant in a white and blue dress that showcased her unreal visuals and proportions.
Yet, netizens quickly noticed that the cut of the dress meant that a “hidden” tattoo was being revealed to fans and it was one that netizens are not used to seeing due to the location.
When the photos were shared, international fans couldn’t get enough of the beautifully intricate floral tattoo on the side of her ribcage.

Although Korean netizens might not always like tattoos, it seems like many are not as concerned about the tattoo itself but the appropriateness for a brand like DIOR.
- The tattoo looks really cheap.
- It’s pretty, but that outfit doesn’t seem to match Dior well. If they were a regular person, it would be considered pretty, but isn’t this an event? Dior aims for femininity, but with the tattoo, it suddenly looks hip. Tattoos go better with Balenciaga or Gucci rather than Dior.
- Honestly, they can’t make it with just her face, I admit.
- The tattoo looks chic? When male idols cover their bodies with tattoos, people say it’s cute lol.
- The tattoo really makes her look bad, even if Han So Hee is dressed in Dior from head to toe.
- Honestly, it’s not that bad.
- Dior aims for classic and luxury, but the tattoo immediately makes it look cheap. It just looks like a resort outfit.
