The upcoming fantasy romance K-drama ‘Dive into You’ has officially locked in its main cast. Kim Ji Yeon (also known as Bona from WJSN), Park Seo Ham, Jang Se Hyuk, and Moon Seung Yoo are confirmed to lead the series. The show is a collaboration between Korean production company Dexter Pictures, Japanese entertainment group Amuse, and streaming platform Rakuten Viki.
A Story of Soul Swapping and Second Chances
‘Dive into You’ centers on a top actress who gets into a mysterious accident. Following the incident, her soul swaps with her twin brother’s. She then gets sent back in time. Her mission is to prevent the death of her first love, who once gave his life to protect her.
The drama mixes fantasy, romance, and time travel elements. It explores themes of fate and whether people can change their past choices. The series marks Dexter Pictures’ first original drama based on its own intellectual property.
Meet the Characters and Their Actors
Kim Ji Yeon takes on the role of Yoon Hana, a famous actress who has conquered screens across Asia. After swapping souls with her twin brother, she travels back in time. She becomes determined to save Jung Woo Jae, her first love who died protecting her. Kim Ji Yeon is known for her work in Twenty-Five Twenty-One, The Haunted Palace, and Pyramid Game. She is also a member of the K-pop girl group WJSN.
Park Seo Ham plays Jung Woo Jae, a former judo prodigy who becomes a bodyguard. He appears cold and reserved on the outside. But he is deeply kind and devoted to his longtime friend Yoon Hana. Park Seo Ham is a former member of the K-pop boy band KNK. His acting credits include Semantic Error and Our Universe.
Jang Se Hyuk portrays Yoon Haru, Yoon Hana’s twin brother. He is a national judo team member and an Olympic gold medalist. After the accident, he finds himself trapped inside his sister’s body and sent back in time. His character brings a mix of confidence and wit to the story.
Moon Seung Yoo plays Seo Ye Rang, the CEO of Yoon Hana’s agency. She is also Yoon Haru’s girlfriend. Her character is wealthy, competent, and confident. But she shows a softer side when it comes to Yoon Haru.
Production and Global Release Plans
‘Dive into You’ is written by Kim Bo Geum and Lee On. So Jae Hyun is directing the series. The production team is currently preparing to begin filming.
The drama will stream exclusively on Rakuten Viki. It will be available to viewers in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Oceania, India, and Southeast Asia. The show is scheduled to release in late 2026.
