Netizens can’t believe they wrote that as Tzuyang exposed the truth.
Most recently, the identity of the person who shared YouTuber Tzuyang’s history with Gujeyeok has been revealed.
It was reported that Tzuyang’s ex-boyfriend’s legal representative A contacted Gujeyeok while working for B. According to the voice recording, A contacted Gujeyeok in February, revealing they had information regarding Tzuyang’s past.
It was revealed that legal representative A was Choi Woo Seok, the CEO of a law firm and a reporter for an economic magazine.
On July 19, 2024, Tzuyang held another live broadcast and exposed the lies from YouTuber Gujeyeok, who had reportedly been blackmailing her.
An online community post recently garnered attention as netizens found an article written earlier this week by Choi Woo Seok regarding defamation.
The article, written by lawyer Choi, touches on Tzuyang being threatened and blackmailed.
“In this instance, would a crime of defamation be established? There are two types of defamation: defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act and defamation under the Criminal Act.
For the first instance, they can be punished if a person defames another by publicly revealing facts or lies for the ‘purpose of slandering’ a person. Under this law, defamation must be proven with the purpose of slandering. So, although facts or lies may be revealed, the person cannot be punished unless the purpose of the slander is proven.
To prove this, we need to know why they committed the act, whether to gain benefit or cause damage.”
Korean netizens were in absolute shock that the person who exposed Tzuyang’s private information wrote an article about defamation just this week.
- “Wow what are they thinking posting something like that while showing his face off.”
- “I feel so bad for Tzuyang. There are so many people attacking her, and to think even a lawyer is doing that.”
- “I feel nauseous when I think about her case. How many people are trying to get something out of a 20-something-year-old girl? My heart truly hurts. I applaud Tzuyang for getting the courage to speak out about it. I hope the rest of her twenties are filled with good memories.”
- “They are all trash…”
- “The world is a scary place…”
- “Wow he wrote this on July 15…you would think someone who knows the law would be the most scared of it..guess he isn’t scared of anything.”
- “How many people are trying to bring this girl down.”
- “Wow so many old b*stards are trying to get something out of her…f*cking scary.”
- “Are they really that sad about money.”
Most recently, the article has been taken down from all online platforms.
