On May 31, KBS News reported that Min Hee Jin is planning on holding a second press conference in light of ADOR‘s shareholder meeting.
On this day, HYBE made a shocking move, when the label seemingly disregarded a court ruling that forbade them from using their voting rights during the shareholder meeting and fired 2 ADOR executives replacing them with 3 HYBE executives.
Immediately after winning her injunction, Min Hee Jin’s lawyers warned HYBE that making such a move would be grounds for another legal battle.
As there are no grounds for Min Hee Jin’s termination, there are no grounds to dismiss the two ADOR executives. Therefore, if HYBE were to terminate them, this would mean HYBE has ignored the court’s ruling and has terminated them without just cause.

Previously, Min Hee Jin held one of K-Pop’s most memorable press conferences during which she exposed HYBE for their manipulation. The press conference was key in turning public sentiment to supporting her.
