Fans of the hit BBC series can soon step into the world of the Shelby family. A new immersive experience called Peaky Blinders Underworld is set to open in London this summer.

Located near London Bridge Station, this official attraction will bring the show’s gritty and stylish universe to life. It offers a chance to explore famous locations from the series, including the iconic Garrison Tavern and the Small Heath Fairground.

Peaky Blinders Underworld Experience Details

Peaky Blinders Underworld is an immersive event created by KMJ Entertainment in partnership with Banijay Rights. It is housed within historic railway arches close to London Bridge Station. The experience is designed to transport visitors into the shadowy world of Thomas Shelby and his gang through interactive gameplay and actor-led encounters.

The journey begins at a faithfully recreated Garrison Tavern, the post-WWI pub that served as the gang’s headquarters in the series. This part of the venue is free to enter for guests, offering food, drinks, and live music.

From there, visitors can enter the ticketed area, where they will explore several themed environments from the show. These include Garrison Lane, The Bookies, Chinatown, and The Small Heath Fairground. Each space offers its own atmosphere and hands-on challenges. Guests will encounter characters and face tests to see if they have what it takes to join the syndicate.

Creator Steven Knight shared his vision for the attraction.

“Peaky Blinders Underworld is not just a recreation of the Shelby family’s world, but a much wider destination. This venue gives fans the opportunity to socially engage with their beloved series through a completely new prism, while those less familiar with the show will find plenty to love about it too.”

Garrison Tavern Recreated For Immersive Experience

The Garrison Tavern is a central part of the Peaky Blinders universe. In the show, it was the favorite drinking spot of the Shelby family and the scene of much of their scheming. The pub was a place where deals were made, and the line between family and business was often blurred.

For the new London experience, The Garrison Tavern has been recreated in detail. It serves as the entry point for visitors. This authentic recreation allows fans to enjoy a drink in the same setting where the Peaky Blinders once plotted their rise to power. Beyond the main experience, The Garrison Tavern will also host special late-night performances, live music, and themed events.

The real-life pub that inspired the show, also called The Garrison, is located on Garrison Lane in Small Heath, Birmingham. While the show’s pub was a set built in a studio, production crew did take actor Cillian Murphy to the real location to help him get a feel for the gang’s stomping ground and perfect his accent. The real pub closed its doors and was sold at auction in 2014. It has since been reopened as a Bed & Breakfast.

Small Heath Fairground In The Immersive Experience

Another key location from the series, The Small Heath Fairground, is being recreated for the Peaky Blinders Underworld experience. In the show, the fairground was a place of entertainment and a backdrop for key scenes. The gritty world of Small Heath was central to the Peaky Blinders’ activities. The show’s depiction of the area was inspired by the industrial hubs of early 20th-century Birmingham. The production recreated these settings at the Black Country Living Museum in Dudley, which is now considered the home of the show.

While visitors can soon experience the Small Heath Fairground in London, fans can also visit real locations from the series. The Black Country Living Museum features many of the original filming locations, including Charlie Strong’s scrapyard and the back alleys of Small Heath.

Peaky Blinders Underworld Location and Tickets

The Peaky Blinders Underworld experience is located at The Garrison Tavern in London Bridge. The address is 8 Bermondsey Street, SE12ER. The tavern is free to enter, with the full immersive experience available for a ticket price starting from £19.95.

The attraction is scheduled to open in August 2026 and will run from Tuesday to Sunday each week. Tickets are currently available for purchase on the official Peaky Blinders London website.

Peaky Blinders World Continues To Expand

The immersive experience is the latest addition to the expanding Peaky Blinders universe. A feature-length film, Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, was released earlier this year, with Cillian Murphy reprising his role as Tommy Shelby. A spin-off TV series set in 1950s Birmingham has also been commissioned by the BBC for two six-episode seasons. The upcoming series will star Jamie Bell and Charlie Heaton as Duke and Charles Shelby. It will premiere in the UK on BBC iPlayer and BBC One, and on Netflix for the rest of the world.
