KBS2’s new drama “The First Night With The Duke” has released exciting stills showing leads Seohyun and Taecyeon in a romantic moment. The photos reveal the two actors locked in a close gaze just before their first kiss, building excitement for the show’s premiere.
The fantasy romance tells the story of a college student whose soul enters a minor character in a historical novel. Seohyun plays Cha Sun Chaek, a background character who becomes central to the story when possessed by the modern student. Taecyeon stars as Yi Beon, the novel’s male lead who falls for her.
The newly shared stills show the pair in a private moment during their fateful first night together. Their intense eye contact and close proximity create strong romantic tension. Another still shows a playful side of their relationship, with Seohyun smiling while Taecyeon looks at her with deep interest.

Supporting cast includes Kwon Han Sol as the original female lead Cho Eun Ae, Seo Bum June as Yi Beon’s friend Jung Su Gyeom, and Ji Hye Won as rival Do Hwa Sun. The mix of romance, comedy and fantasy has drawn strong interest ahead of the June 11 premiere.
