Prime Video is bringing a classic party game to life in a brand new comedy reality series. Would You Rather: Decide to Survive features ten of the UK’s biggest digital stars competing in hilarious and absurd challenges based on the classic hypothetical game.

Romesh chooses his two teams, and the consequences of their decisions make life awkward from the start. The competition intensifies with the first supersized Would You Rather challenge. - Episode 2 – “Wind or Rain?” – 39 minutes
An epic battle of ducks and wills when Romesh puts an age-old Would You Rather question to the teams, and the game claims its first victim. - Episode 3 – “Sing or Dance?” – 39 minutes
Two of the game’s most competitive players go head-to-head in an insect-themed Decider, and Nella and Chunkz face their own tricky question. - Episode 4 – “Hooves or Talons?” – 38 minutes
Two players must face the music in a lyrical Decider that features the whole team, and it’s a sleepless night for both teams. - Episode 5 – “Invisible or Fly?” – 35 minutes
With the end in sight, both teams take on superpowers. Special guests make an appearance, and two players battle to reach the final. - Episode 6 – “Win or Lose?” – 47 minutes
The final six players face the ultimate Would You Rather knockout. Only one will be crowned champion.
Story Progression and Format
Would You Rather: Decide to Survive takes the classic party game and turns it into a real competition. Two teams of some of Britain’s funniest digital personalities compete in hilarious real-life challenges based on classic hypothetical Would You Rather decisions.
The series is set in a remote sun-soaked location where contestants face dilemmas such as: Would you rather be invisible or be able to fly? Fight one giant duck or 1000 tiny ducks? Eat a man-sized bean or a bean-sized man?
These three simple words decide everything from what the contestants eat to who gets sent home. One by one, the players are eliminated until only one champion remains.
Host Romesh Ranganathan guides the teams through the competition, presenting the dilemmas and overseeing the chaos. The show follows a similar tone to other unscripted comedy formats like Last One Laughing, blending chaos with competitive stakes.
