Martian, operating undercover as a diamond dealer, manages to reach Valhalla’s base and confront Viking face-to-face. During a tense chess game, Martian detonates a bomb hidden inside a chess clock, causing a massive explosion that devastates the Valhalla operation. Viking appears to be killed in the blast.
The CIA loses contact with Martian following the explosion and presumes him dead. However, the closing moments of the finale reveal the truth: Martian survived the blast but was captured alive by Valhalla.

Martian kills Richardson in the finale, eliminating the immediate threat. Danny Survives Deadly Iran Mission
Another major storyline in Season 2 follows Danny (Saura Lightfoot-Leon), who is undercover in Tehran and tasked with getting close to Hassan, the son of a powerful Iranian figure. What begins as a promising operation spirals into chaos when Danny and Hassan are arrested on espionage charges.
Hassan endures brutal interrogations but refuses to expose Danny, staying loyal even under torture. Danny herself is marked for execution and forced into a desperate fight for survival. She survives an assassination attempt during a staged escape, evades capture, and is ultimately rescued by Mossad agents in the finale.
Danny returns from Iran alive but emotionally broken from the experience, bringing her most dangerous mission yet to a dramatic close.
