Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan, who is known for his stunning looks and action-packed roles, has revealed that he is currently on crutches due to a muscle injury. The actor took to Instagram on Valentine’s Day and shared a mirror selfie of him posing with his crutches. He also wrote a heartfelt note about self-acceptance, self-love, and healing.
In his post, Hrithik Roshan opened up about his grandfather’s story, who refused to use a wheelchair at the airport because he felt it would tarnish his image of being a strong man. Hrithik said he tried to convince his grandfather that using a wheelchair would help him recover faster, but he was adamant on keeping up his appearance for strangers.
Hrithik said that this made him sad and helpless, and he realized that strength is not always about being tough and fearless. He said that sometimes, strength is about being vulnerable and honest with oneself, and accepting one’s flaws and weaknesses.
Hrithik Roshan also shared his idea of strength, saying that it is not always being Rambo with a machine gun, but sometimes it is being able to do a slow dance by oneself. He said that he pulled a muscle yesterday and woke up wanting to reach out to his fans and followers about this notion of strength. He said that the crutches are just a metaphor, and he hopes that people get his message.
Hrithik’s post received a lot of love and support from his fans and colleagues, who praised him for his courage and wisdom. Many of them wished him a speedy recovery and expressed their admiration for him.
