A recently leaked voice recording from a close friend of the late actress Kim Sae Ron has brought forth serious allegations against actor Kim Soo Hyun. Friend’s Account of the Relationship
Known as Friend B, the individual who released the recording identified himself as one of Kim Sae Ron‘s closest friends, present throughout her three-day funeral. Friend B owns a bar that Kim Sae Ron and their friends frequented. On March 25, 2025, Friend B met with Lee Jin Ho and digital forensics specialist Lee Yo Min at his bar. During this meeting, Friend B confronted the YouTuber about alleged harassment of the late actress, and it was during this interaction that the voice recording was reportedly captured.
The recording reveals Friend B’s knowledge of Kim Sae Ron‘s relationship with Kim Soo Hyun during her teenage years.
Friend B: …Here’s what I think. I don’t know Kim Soo Hyun personally. So, I’m going to listen to what Sae Ron had to say and believe her. That’s what I’ve been doing so far. But it is true that she was a minor when the two of them dated.
Lee Jin Ho: Okay.
Friend B: You know this. But—
