Prime Video released the trailer for the fifth and final season of The Boys on March 5, 2026. The footage shows Homelander taking control of the White House while Billy Butcher returns with a plan to wipe out all Supes using a deadly virus. Homelander’s Quest for V1
The trailer opens with Homelander (Antony Starr) declaring his power is absolute but stating he has a bigger destiny. He seeks V1, the original version of Compound V that created the first Supes. If Homelander gets it, he will become immortal and unstoppable .
