On January 16, a Korean media outlet reported that Cha Eun Woo’s property at Ville Polaris in Gangnam, Seoul, has increased in value by a substantial 1 billion KRW in just three years. The ASTRO member bought the villa in 2021, located in a high-end area, reportedly paying 4.9 billion KRW in cash. This impressive return on investment has earned him the nickname of “investment genius.”
At the time of purchase, Cha Eun Woo was 24 years old. Reports indicate that the villa has only one apartment per floor, ensuring maximum privacy for residents. Cha Eun Woo’s unit is said to have four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Actress Park Min Young reportedly also owns a unit in the same building.
Besides his real estate success, Cha Eun Woo continues to be active in the entertainment industry. He is preparing for his role in the upcoming superhero drama The Wonder Fools alongside Park Eun Bin. The drama is expected to premiere sometime this year or in early 2026.
