This Must Be the Place (2011)
This was Eve Hewson‘s first movie role. She was only 20 years old when she made this film. She plays Mary, a 16-year-old goth girl who loves rock music.
The movie stars Sean Penn as Cheyenne, an older former rock star who lives in Dublin. He is rich and bored. He spends his days collecting dolls and remembering his past. But when his father dies, he travels to America to find the Nazi guard who hurt his father during the war.

Eve Hewson was born on July 7, 1991 in Dublin, Ireland. She is the daughter of Bono, the lead singer of the famous band U2. But she has built her own career without using her father’s name. She studied at New York University and started acting in small roles.
She also appeared in The Knick (2014) as Nurse Lucy Elkins, a show from director Steven Soderbergh. She played Carol Donovan in Bridge of Spies (2015), a Steven Spielberg movie. That was her first time working with him. Now she works with him again on Disclosure Day.
