The makers of Pralay have officially released the teaser poster for the upcoming zombie survival thriller. The film brings together Ranveer Singh and Kalyani Priyadarshan in a post-apocalyptic story set in a dystopian world. The poster confirms that the movie will hit cinemas in 2028.
Directed by Jai Mehta, the son of filmmaker Hansal Mehta, Pralay is one of the most expensive standalone films of Ranveer Singh’s career. The project is currently being shot in Mumbai and has already created significant buzz among fans.

Massive Budget And Production Details
Pralay is reportedly being made on a budget of around Rs 300 crore. If accurate, this would place the film among the most expensive standalone projects of Ranveer Singh’s career.
The film is a collaborative effort between multiple production houses. Birla Studios, led by Ananya Birla, is producing the film in association with True Story Films and Maa Kasam Films. Ranveer Singh is also serving as a producer on the project, marking his debut as a producer.

Shooting In Mumbai

The production was originally planned to be filmed in Australia. However, the schedule was later shifted to Mumbai. According to reports, the change was made because Ranveer Singh wanted to remain close to his wife, Deepika Padukone, as they prepare to welcome their second child.
