When Does VisionQuest Premiere on Disney Plus

VisionQuest launches on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, on Disney+ for viewers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most international markets. The first two episodes arrive together on premiere day, giving viewers a two-hour opening block.

For viewers in India, the series streams on JioHotstar on the same date. The first episode will be available in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

Episode Release Schedule Week by Week

New episodes arrive every Wednesday on Disney+. The full schedule runs for seven weeks, ending on November 25, 2026. Here is the complete episode rollout:

  • October 14: Episodes 1 and 2
  • October 21: Episode 3
  • October 28: Episode 4
  • November 4: Episode 5
  • November 11: Episode 6
  • November 18: Episode 7
  • November 25: Episode 8

The schedule was adjusted in late September 2026, moving the finale up by one week from its originally expected December 2 date. The change gives the series a one-week gap before Avengers: Doomsday arrives in theaters on December 18, 2026.

Record-Breaking Episode Runtimes Explained

The runtimes for all eight episodes were revealed in early October 2026, and no episode runs under 45 minutes. The full list is:

  • Episode 1: 53 minutes
  • Episode 2: 45 minutes
  • Episode 3: 52 minutes
  • Episode 4: 48 minutes
  • Episode 5: 46 minutes
  • Episode 6: 54 minutes
  • Episode 7: 1 hour and 2 minutes
  • Episode 8: 1 hour and 8 minutes

Episodes 7 and 8 both pass the 58-minute record held by the Hawkeye finale, making them the longest episodes of any Marvel Studios streaming series to date. Combined, the final two chapters run 2 hours and 10 minutes, roughly the length of a feature film.

The two-episode premiere totals 97 minutes, which is the longest opening block in the WandaVision trilogy. WandaVision opened with 71 minutes across its first two episodes, and Agatha All Along opened with 87 minutes.

The long runtimes address a common criticism of Marvel’s Disney+ shows, where episodes often run around 30 minutes. Every episode of VisionQuest gives the story more room to develop.
