What Happened Previously
The first season of You and I Are Polar Opposites debuted on January 11, 2026, and ran for 12 episodes. The story follows Miyu Suzuki, a cheerful and outgoing high school girl, and Yusuke Tani, a quiet and stoic classmate who does not care what others think of him. Despite their opposite personalities, they begin dating early in the series.
Season 2 picks up where the first season left off, continuing the couple‘s romantic journey. The second season premiered on July 5, 2026. Episode 1 covered the couple’s first Christmas Eve together, with Suzuki and Tani planning their date and attempting to bake a cake together. Episode 2, titled “Winter Night’s Dilemma,” aired on July 12. Episode 3 followed on July 19.
Episode 4 of season 2 will be the 16th episode overall in the series.
