The Bold and the Beautiful heads into the last full week of October with two sisters at war, a pregnancy secret on borrowed time, and a young romance moving faster than anyone expected. Episodes 9894 to 9898 will air from Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30, 2026, and each day adds pressure to a different corner of the show. Katie Logan Spencer is done playing nice. Steffy Forrester Finnegan is running out of ways to explain her pregnancy. Ridge Forrester is about to say out loud what everyone at the company fears. Here is the full breakdown of what to watch, who it affects, and where each storyline stands.
What Happened Before This Week
Katie has spent weeks trying to damage Forrester Creations and push her own Logan Designs ahead. Her anger is personal. She believes Brooke betrayed her one time too many, and she wants the Forresters left with nothing. Bill Spencer spent the past week telling Katie to slow down, but he did not tell her why. Brooke had reached out to Bill privately and asked him to talk sense into her sister. Bill tried. Katie noticed the change in her husband and started asking questions.
At the hospital, Steffy admitted to Finn that she went ahead with the embryo transfer against his wishes. A pregnancy test confirmed she is expecting. Finn and his mother Li Finnegan signed off on the bloodwork, but neither of them believes the full story. What only Steffy and Carter Walton know is that the baby came from a drunken night between them. Carter built the surrogacy plan to cover it up, telling Daphne that Steffy is carrying the couple’s child.
Will Spencer has been pushing his mother to hire Dylan at Logan Designs. Katie refused. Dylan lost her job at Forrester after trying to help Will. The fight over Dylan has become another front in the war between Katie and the Forresters.
“The war between the fashion houses is going to hit new levels of drama this fall, and it’s going to be a fun watch. It’s Team Katie versus Team Brooke and the battle of the sisters is going to reach new heights.” — executive producer Bradley Bell
Monday, October 26: Bill Makes His Case
Bill appeals to Katie’s empathy. He knows his wife is angry, and he knows part of that anger is aimed at him for not backing her fully. Bill wants Katie to focus on building Logan Designs instead of tearing Forrester down. The problem is that Bill is arguing a case Brooke asked him to make, and Katie is too sharp to miss it forever.
Finn and Steffy share a heart-to-heart. Finn has every reason to walk out. He asked Steffy not to go through with the transfer, and she did it anyway. The conversation is a chance for Steffy to keep her marriage alive, but every honest answer risks pulling the surrogacy lie apart.
Daphne looks to the future. She believes she is about to become a mother, and she is grateful to Steffy for carrying the child. Daphne has no idea the baby is not hers. Her hope is the most fragile thing in the storyline.
Tuesday, October 27: Brooke Takes the Hit
Katie’s latest move lands hard on Brooke. The weekly preview shows Brooke staring at her phone in shock after Katie’s story or stunt goes public. Brooke went behind Katie’s back to Bill, and Katie is about to return the favour in a way that hurts the Forrester name.
“This is horrible! Your wife ought to be ashamed of herself!” — Brooke Logan Forrester to Bill Spencer
Will wants to show Dylan everything his world has to offer. Dylan and her mother Darcy grew up reading about the Spencer lifestyle in magazines. Will can now give Dylan a real look at that life, from shopping trips to places she once only read about. The question is whether Dylan wants the lifestyle or just wants Will.
Wednesday, October 28: Dylan Fights Back
Dylan stands up for herself. Katie has made clear that she does not approve of Dylan and does not want her near Logan Designs. Dylan is not backing down quietly. She has already lost one job over Will, and she is not willing to lose her dignity as well.
Wyatt Spencer and Darcy meet for the first time. Darcy is Dylan’s mother, and the weekly promo shows her asking Wyatt to join her for a swim. The scene is playful, and it opens the door to a possible romance between Wyatt and Darcy. Wyatt has been single since his split from Flo, and the show has been looking for a new direction for him.
Eric Forrester feels remorse about Zende’s departure. Zende has left the company, and his absence is weighing on Eric. Forrester Creations is losing people at the worst possible time.
Thursday, October 29: Ridge Says It Out Loud
Ridge admits to Brooke that Forrester Creations is in serious trouble. Coming from Ridge, that sentence carries weight. He has spent years defending the company’s strength. Zende’s exit, the financial strain, and Katie’s attacks have left the business exposed. Brooke now has two problems on her plate: her sister’s war and the survival of the family company.
Katie is furious about what she sees. Whatever the moment is, it pushes her past the point of listening to Bill or anyone else. The week has been building toward this reaction, and it sets up Friday directly.
Friday, October 30: Katie on the Warpath
Katie is angry and hostile. The weekly promo shows a faceoff at Forrester Creations where Katie throws something and shatters a window. Brooke calls her crazy. Katie fires back by calling her sister evil. The fight is no longer about business. It is about years of resentment that Katie says she buried and never actually forgave.
Will takes the next step in his relationship with Dylan. The move is a clear signal that Will is serious, and it puts him further at odds with his mother. Katie is already fighting the Forresters, and now she is fighting her son’s choices too.
Where Each Character Stands
Katie Logan Spencer started the week with Bill asking her to soften. She ends it on the attack, with her marriage and her relationship with Brooke both under strain. Her revenge is now bigger than the original grievance.
Brooke Logan Forrester tried to solve the Katie problem through Bill and made it worse. She also learned that Forrester Creations is in real financial danger. Both of her safety nets are gone.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan kept her marriage talking but not fixed. Finn is collecting clues, and Li is asking questions. The lie is holding, but only just.
Finn Finnegan reacted like a man who was betrayed rather than a man who looked the other way. He is still in the marriage, but his trust is gone.
Carter Walton is getting what he wanted on paper. Daphne believes she is having a baby, and Steffy is carrying it. The cost is two marriages built on a story that cannot survive the truth.
Daphne Rose is the only person in the baby storyline who is fully innocent. Her joy is real, and so is the fall waiting for her.
Will Spencer chose Dylan over his mother’s approval. His next step with her makes that choice public.
Dylan stood her ground against Katie and kept her relationship with Will. She is the one person in the week who gained ground.
Wyatt Spencer met Darcy and may have found a new romance in the middle of his brother’s drama.
Ridge Forrester stopped protecting the company’s image and told Brooke the truth about its condition.
Eric Forrester is dealing with Zende’s exit and the guilt that comes with it.
