Yash Raj Films has officially named its next romantic action-drama starring Ahaan Panday and Sharvari. The film is titled Beparwah, and it will arrive in cinemas worldwide on March 26, 2027. The studio shared the first poster on October 26, 2026, exactly five months before the big-screen release.
YRF Reveals Beparwah Title and First Poster
Yash Raj Films posted the title and teaser poster on its social media channels on Monday, October 26, 2026. The announcement introduced the film with a short, direct caption that read: “Fearless in love… #Beparwah in cinemas on 26th March 2027”.
The title Beparwah carries a clear meaning in everyday language. It describes someone who is carefree or fearless, and the film’s tagline—“Fearless in Love”—ties that idea directly to the story’s romantic core.
What the First Poster Shows
The teaser poster keeps both lead actors’ faces hidden. Ahaan Panday and Sharvari stand with their foreheads touching, looking downward. Ahaan holds a gun in a bloodied hand, and visible injuries appear on his face. Sharvari holds a guitar.
The image mixes two very different signals—a weapon and a musical instrument—in a single frame. Ahaan wears a leather jacket, while Sharvari is dressed in a top and skirt. The background shows a bright sky, and the poster places the title BEPARWAH in large red letters at the bottom.

Cast and Crew Behind Beparwah
Ali Abbas Zafar directs Beparwah, and Aditya Chopra produces it under the Yash Raj Films banner. Zafar and Chopra co-wrote the script. The film marks Zafar’s fifth collaboration with Chopra and his return to YRF after projects like Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Gunday, Sultan, and Tiger Zinda Hai.
The supporting cast includes Bobby Deol in a key role and Aaishvary Thackeray as the antagonist. Thackeray is the grandson of Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray. Bobby Deol previously shared screen space with Sharvari in Alpha.
Much of Beparwah was shot in the United Kingdom, while the story is set in India. YRF first locked the March 2027 release window in July, while the production was filming in the U.K..
Ahaan Panday and Sharvari Share Screen for the First Time
Beparwah brings Ahaan Panday and Sharvari together on screen for the very first time. Ahaan made his acting debut in Mohit Suri’s Saiyaara, a YRF musical romance opposite Aneet Padda. The film became one of the biggest Bollywood hits of 2025, earning more than $65 million worldwide and setting a record as the highest-grossing Indian love story.
Beparwah is Ahaan’s second film with YRF. He will later reunite with Aneet Padda and Mohit Suri for another romantic drama backed by the same studio.
For Sharvari, Beparwah is her fourth collaboration with YRF, following Bunty Aur Babli 2, Maharaj, and Alpha. She broke through with the 2024 horror-comedy Munjya and starred opposite Alia Bhatt in Alpha in July 2026. Sharvari also appeared in Imtiaz Ali’s Main Vaapas Aaunga earlier in 2026.
Release Date and Global Theatrical Plans
Beparwah is set for a worldwide theatrical release on March 26, 2027. The date falls on Good Friday, a holiday frame that YRF has chosen for a global big-screen launch.
The studio confirmed the release will cover theatres across India and international markets. The announcement post and press note both describe the rollout as a worldwide theatrical release, without any direct-to-digital plan.
