G-Dragon is launching a new music project variety show, Good Day, and a fresh teaser reveals a star-studded guest list featuring Kim Soo Hyun, SEVENTEEN’s BSS, and many more. The show promises fun interactions and meaningful music creation.

G-Dragon’s Vision for ‘Good Day’

The teaser for Good Day, released on January 24, 2025, shows G-Dragon discussing his vision for the show. He talks about how year-end events used to feature memorable collaborations between artists, something he feels has become less common. He wants to bring back that spirit by creating a special song to mark the end of the year. G-Dragon sees himself as a link between talented people from different areas.

To make this happen, he has brought together an impressive group of stars:

  • Hwang Jung Min
  • Kim Soo Hyun
  • Kim Go Eun
  • Jung Hae In
  • Yim Si Wan
  • SEVENTEEN’s BSS
  • Chef Anh Sung Jae
  • CODE KUNST
  • Kian84
  • Cho Sae Ho
  • Hong Jin Kyung

The teaser shows these artists listening to G-Dragon’s ideas and connecting with his goal. It also shows them having fun and working hard to create music.

The Making of ‘Song of the Year’

Good Day, directed by PD Kim Tae Ho, is a music project where G-Dragon works with people from different fields to create the ‘Song of the Year.’ As the producer, G-Dragon will turn their stories into music, and the show will document the entire creative process.

The show has gained attention for several reasons. One is G-Dragon’s reunion with Jung Hyung Don, 12 years after they worked together at the 2013 Infinite Challenge Song Festival. Also, G-Dragon’s close friends, like Defconn, Cho Sae Ho, and CODE KUNST, will be on the show and interact with people from various backgrounds.

Good Day will premiere on February 16, 2025, on the South Korean network MBC and the global streaming service Disney+.
