Martin Garrix is coming back to India, and this time he is going bigger than ever. The Dutch DJ and producer will headline a 10-city tour across the country in March 2027, timed around the Holi festival. Organiser Sunburn Arena announced the run on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, confirming stops in Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Bengaluru, Shillong, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Pune. The tour will begin on March 10, 2027, in Ahmedabad and wrap up on March 22, 2027, in Pune. That is 10 shows in just 12 days, making it the longest India run of Garrix’s career so far.
Sunburn has described the production as “the biggest tour India has ever seen,” with a large-scale stage setup planned for all ten stops. The tour is presented by RuPay and driven by Hyundai.
Every City, Date, and Venue on the 2027 India Tour
The full schedule is packed into less than two weeks, with shows moving across the country almost every night. Here is the complete list of dates and venues, confirmed by Timeout India and Bandwagon Asia:
- March 10, 2027 — Ahmedabad — Savanna Lawns
- March 12, 2027 — Bhubaneswar — Wonderla
- March 13, 2027 — Chennai — Four Points by Sheraton
- March 14, 2027 — Bengaluru — NICE Grounds, BEIC
- March 16, 2027 — Shillong — Lariti
- March 17, 2027 — Kolkata — Milan Mela
- March 19, 2027 — Hyderabad — Boulder Hills
- March 20, 2027 — Delhi NCR — Leisure Valley Grounds
- March 21, 2027 — Mumbai — MMRDA, BKC
- March 22, 2027 — Pune — Mahalaxmi Lawns
The route is notable because it does not stick only to India’s biggest metros. Cities like Bhubaneswar, Shillong, and Pune are part of the run, marking a push into live music markets that rarely host tours of this scale. Venues range from outdoor lawns and grounds to amphitheatre-style spaces, including Shillong’s Lariti Performing Arts Centre.

What Martin Garrix Said About Coming Back
Garrix has been performing in India for more than a decade, and his statement made it clear that the country holds a significant place in his career.
“India has been such a special part of my journey, and the love and support I’ve received there over the years has been incredible. I’ve been coming to India for over a decade now and have played some of my most unforgettable shows there. Coming back for a 10-city tour and celebrating Holi with close to 200,000 people takes it to a whole new level!! I can’t wait to see everyone and make even more memories together.”
Karan Singh, CEO of Sunburn, also spoke about the long relationship between the festival brand and the DJ.
“Bringing him back for a 10-city tour during Holi, India’s most vibrant and cultural celebration, feels like the perfect way to take that journey forward.”
A Partnership That Has Grown for Over a Decade
Garrix’s history with Sunburn Arena stretches back years. He headlined Sunburn Festival in 2017 and returned in 2023 for a nine-show tour across eight cities. In December 2025, he performed at a stadium-scale Holi celebration at DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai and also played the first Mumbai edition of Sunburn Festival.
That 2025 Holi show was a large-format event, and the upcoming 2027 run is being positioned as a step beyond it. The 2023 tour covered fewer cities and fewer dates. The 2027 tour adds two more cities and one more show, while also reaching into Shillong and Bhubaneswar, two cities that are not standard stops on most international tours.
Big Production Plans for All Ten Shows
Sunburn has said the 2027 run will feature “a massive production experience” across every city. The tour will use outdoor grounds and amphitheatres, which allows for larger stage designs and lighting setups compared with indoor venues. NICE Grounds in Bengaluru is one of the confirmed sites, and it has also been booked for shows by Guns N’ Roses and Fred Again.. in the same period, according to IQ Magazine.
The decision to book ten shows in twelve days is unusual for international acts touring India. Most recent tours by global artists have been short runs of two or three dates in the largest cities. Garrix’s run is being treated by the organisers as a test of whether a full-scale multi-city tour can work in India’s current live music market.
New Album ‘Marty’ and the Songs Fans Will Hear
The tour will arrive just days after Garrix releases his upcoming album, ‘Marty’, which is scheduled for March 5, 2027. The album is reported to include collaborations with Ed Sheeran, Madonna, U2, and Aitana, among others.
Fans can also expect his long-standing hits, including “Animals,” “In the Name of Love,” “Scared to Be Lonely,” and “High on Life” — tracks that have been part of his India sets for years. The combination of a new album and the Holi festival gives the 2027 tour a different shape from his previous India visits.
Why This Tour Is Different From His Past India Shows
The 2027 run is Garrix’s longest India tour to date. It covers ten cities in twelve days, compared with eight cities and nine shows in 2023. It also includes cities like Shillong and Bhubaneswar, which are not regular stops for large international EDM acts.

The Holi timing adds another layer. Holi is a public holiday in many parts of India, and the festival period often sees large gatherings and travel. Combining a multi-city music tour with a festival that already brings people together is a different model from a standard concert run. Whether it becomes a template for future tours will depend on how the ten shows perform, but the announcement alone has already set a new scale for international EDM tours in India.
