What Happened in Episode 9
Episode 9, titled “Tur Neraka Onsen Majime Berpakaian Renang, Lalu Surga” (The Hellish Onsen Tour with Swimsuits, Then Heaven), took the Rentaro Family on a chaotic trip. The group won private pre-opening tickets to Majime Onsen, managed by the Majime Group. They enjoyed a “Family Bath” in swimsuits, but things went wrong when foam from Majime Bath Soap overflowed uncontrollably, sweeping everyone away. Elsewhere, Rentaro was suddenly confronted by a group of thugs in the city. That was when Kishika Torotoro, the strong, brave, and proud captain of the girls’ Kendo Club, appeared.
Episode 10 Preview: “Kukkoro Girlfriend”
Episode 10 is titled “Kukkoro Girlfriend”. The episode picks up with Rentaro introducing Kishika to the rest of the family.
Iku, who admires the Kendo Club captain’s sword skills, asks for a match. Considering the difference in their abilities, Kishika proposes to take on all of them at once. Under Rentaro’s leadership as referee, a “Battle Torotoro Royale” begins with 16 people against 1.
The episode also features a ramen shop owner who creates the strongest “challenge ramen” to get revenge on all of humanity who once laughed at him. The Rentaro Family takes on the “undefeated ramen” challenge.
To celebrate this “ramen episode,” the anime has teamed up with the restaurant chain Kourakukan for a special collaboration. Fans can enter a lottery to win a special “100 Kou Donburi” bowl featuring Rentarou and his 17 girlfriends. The entry period runs from September 8 to September 30, 2026.
