HYBE’s Bang Si Hyuk performs on stage with J. Y. Park at ‘Weverse Con 2024’

Musician J. Y. Park, who is also the founder of JYP Entertainment, is joined by HYBE’s chairman Bang Si Hyuk on stage at ‘Weverse Con 2024’ on June 16.

Amid his medley, many are shocked to see Bang Si Hyuk show up to play the guitar as the accompaniment to J. Y. Park’s classic song “I Have a Girlfriend.”

J. Y. Park explains that it has been 22 years since he has sung to Bang Si Hyuk’s guitar accompaniment. J. Y. Park and Bang Si Hyuk are close friends, as Bang used to be a composer in JYP Entertainment. 

The two also performed the famous G.O.D song “Lie” that they wrote together 25 years ago, among other songs.
