The live-action manga adaptation Bet, inspired by the hit Japanese series Kakegurui, is officially returning for a second season. While a specific release date is still under wraps, production has begun, and fans can expect new episodes in 2027.

Season 1 ended with a major revelation: Yumeko discovered that her mother may still be alive and that former members of a secret gambling club called the “Kakegurui Club” were responsible for her father’s death. Season 2 will follow Yumeko’s quest to find her mother and bring down the remaining members of the club. She will likely be joined by an unlikely ally, Kira, who is also seeking revenge on her abusive father.
The season will continue to explore the high-stakes gambling that defines the social order at St. Dominic’s, while deepening the psychological tension and personal vendettas.
