“After Danielle, it just drops out sometimes, then comes back. I don’t think there’s an owner’s manual for this s**t, you know?”
Jessica is talking about her own super strength becoming unreliable. In one warehouse fight scene, her powers stop working in the middle of a battle. A normal person punches her and makes her bleed. This is not supposed to happen to someone with her durability.
The show explains that giving birth to Danielle has affected Jessica’s powers. The comics offer a reason for this. In the Marvel Netflix shows, Jessica got her powers from experiments with a substance called IGH. This stands for Inhuman Growth Hormone. When Jessica was pregnant, Danielle likely absorbed some of these hormones while in the womb. This made Danielle powerful but also weakened Jessica temporarily.

Set photos from Season 3 filming in New York City confirm that Mike Colter is back as Luke Cage. The photos also show Finn Jones returning as Iron Fist. They join Charlie Cox as Daredevil and Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones. This is the first time all four Defenders have shared the screen together since 2017.
An X user posted about the sighting saying:

The set photos show Mike Colter wearing a suit that looks very similar to Luke Cage’s mayoral campaign outfit from the Devil’s Reign comic story. This suggests the show is pulling directly from the comics for its third season storyline.
The MCU timeline now sits in the year 2027. Jessica Jones Season 3 took place before Thanos’ snap in 2018. Over the last nine years, Jessica had Danielle and stepped away from the superhero life. But with Kingpin still causing problems and Luke Cage coming back, Jessica cannot stay on the sidelines forever.
