What We Know About the Appearance
The Tonight Show officially announced KATSEYE’s guest spot on August 5. The show shared a playful video of Jimmy Fallon referencing the group’s music video for their new single “Animal”.
The performing lineup features five members: Megan, Yoonchae, Lara, Daniela, and Sophia. Member Manon is not part of this lineup; she has been on a hiatus since February for her well-being.
Actor Matthew McConaughey will also appear as a guest on the same episode.
Promoting Their New EP Wild
KATSEYE will discuss their upcoming EP “WILD” during the interview. The EP releases on August 14, just two days after their Tonight Show visit.
The group will also talk about their upcoming Wildworld Tour, which kicks off in early September in Dublin, Ireland.
It’s not yet confirmed which song they will perform, but it will likely be a track from Wild. The EP’s lead single, “Pinky Up,” reached No. 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 in April. A follow-up single, “Animal,” debuted at No. 24 in July and was co-written by Ed Sheeran.

Not Their First Time on Fallon
This isn’t KATSEYE’s first visit to The Tonight Show. The group previously appeared on the program in February 2026. That appearance came after their first Grammy Awards ceremony, where they were nominated for Best New Artist and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
However, the upcoming August 12 episode marks their first-ever late-night musical performance. Their previous appearance involved an interview but no performance.

Fans can catch KATSEYE on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, August 12, at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. The episode will be available for streaming the next day on Peacock.

KATSEYE’s late-night performance debut comes at a busy time for the group. They were recently named to Billboard’s “21 Under 21” list for 2026. Their documentary, KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS, will also have limited screenings on August 12.
