According to a report from South Korean media outlet OSEN on September 25, 2024, the drama has officially started production, and there has been a change in its broadcasting plans. Originally scheduled to air on tvN, Our Movie will now be broadcast on SBS.

Our Movie tells the story of a film director, Lee Je Ha, played by Namgoong Min, who is struggling with a “sophomore jinx” and hasn’t been able to create a successful project in years. On the other hand, Jeon Yeo Been plays a terminally ill actress who decides to take on one final role before she passes away. The two characters’ lives intertwine as Lee Je Ha sets out to make a movie featuring a real terminally ill patient, leading him to Jeon Yeo Been’s character.
