G-Dragon and BLACKPINK’s Rosé made an unexpected appearance at Psy’s Summer Swag 2025 concert on June 28 at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. The two K-pop stars joined the opening night of Psy’s annual summer tour, known for its high-energy performances and surprise guest acts.

Rosé took the stage first, performing her hit songs “APT.” and “Toxic Till the End” to a cheering crowd. She later shared her excitement about being part of the event.

“I’m so happy to be invited to the ‘Summer Swag 2025’—something I had only imagined before. Since releasing my first solo album last year, this is my first time meeting so many fans in person. Thank you for all the love you’ve shown to my album and to ‘APT.’ I truly appreciate it,” Rosé said.

Psy praised Rosé for her dedication, revealing that she had reached out to him first about performing.

“She contacted me saying she wanted to attend the show, so I invited her to perform. She even came to the rehearsal studio to practice. Even though she’s my junior, I learned a lot from her,” Psy shared.

After Rosé’s performance, G-Dragon appeared on stage, wearing a hat, glasses, and casual attire. He performed his solo tracks “POWER” and “Home Sweet Home”, energizing the audience.

“Yes, I’m Kwon Ji Yong and I’m also G-Dragon. It’s really been a long time. I’m currently on a world tour after 88 months, but I came here to celebrate with my big brother Psy,” G-Dragon told the crowd.

He also joked about the concert’s famous water effects, saying,

“Strangely, it didn’t rain today, but we’ve still got water here. I didn’t even realize this was my second time at ‘Summer Swag.’ I first appeared 12 years ago. I never imagined I’d be back here with so many of you. It’s great to see you again. I’m G-Dragon.”

G-Dragon closed his set with a powerful performance of “Crayon”, leaving fans thrilled.

Fan Reactions to the Surprise Appearances

Fans online were excited to see Rosé and G-Dragon at the concert. Many called their performances “legendary” and “unexpected.”

“Duo hits maker,” wrote one fan on social media.

“The Legendary meets the Legendary of K-pop!” commented another.

Others noted how Rosé has performed “APT.” with different artists recently.

“Live version we have so far: Apt. With Youngji, Apt. Solo version, Apt. With Coldplay, Apt. With Psy, Apt. With Jennie soon (?)” a fan pointed out.

About Psy’s Summer Swag 2025 Tour

Psy’s Summer Swag concerts are a major summer event in South Korea, known for their large-scale production, water cannons, and star guests. This year’s tour includes 16 concerts across 9 cities, including Uijeongbu, Daejeon, Busan, and Gwangju.

G-Dragon had been confirmed as a guest earlier, with Psy teasing his appearance in a social media video.

Rosé’s appearance, however, was a complete surprise. She had previously joined Coldplay on stage in April 2025 in Seoul, showing her growing presence as a solo artist.
