A video showing British OnlyFans star Bonnie Blue being “arrested” has gone viral, but fans quickly pointed out it might be fake. The clip, posted on her Instagram, shows her being searched by people dressed as police officers. Her sister shared the video with a message saying Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, had been detained but gave no details on why.

Just hours before, another adult content creator, Lily Phillips, posted a similar video of her own “arrest.” Both clips show them being stopped by “officers” without proper police badges, leading many to believe it was a staged stunt. The same police car with the license plate RO23 HRM appears in both videos, which internet users identified as a prop vehicle used in films.

“Bonnie Blue has NOT been arrested. In the video, the police car sheโ€™s seen getting into is RO23 HRM, which is used for filming. The car itself has no identification numbers on the side or roof which would indicate the force the car is assigned to. Itโ€™s a TV prop car,” wrote an X user named Jay.

The car matches one rented by Police Car Hire UK, a company that provides vehicles for TV and movie productions. Social media users also noticed the officers’ uniforms lacked official police force markings. Some questioned if impersonating police could lead to legal trouble for the stars.

“Car not openly showing โ€˜policeโ€™ signage and vests donโ€™t have their constabulary badge which I thought they had to? If itโ€™s not real there could be issues with impersonating police I would think,” commented an Instagram user.

Bonnie Blue, 25, became famous earlier this year after claiming she slept with 1,057 men in 12 hours, breaking a world record. Lily Phillips, 23, also made headlines for similar extreme challenges, including sleeping with 100 men in a day. The two have a history of rivalry, with Blue once accusing Phillips of copying her ideas.

In Blueโ€™s arrest video, an officer is heard saying, “Stop talking until we work this out,” while another adds, “Sheโ€™s going to be coming in.” Phillipsโ€™ clip shows her shouting, “Dogging isnโ€™t a crime!” before being put into a police van. Fans were dividedโ€”some believed the arrests were real, while others called it clever marketing.

“I canโ€™t tell if this is serious or just a scene for OF,” wrote one fan on Instagram. Another added, “Iโ€™ll give it to you Bonnie, your marketing team is elite.”

Neither Blue nor Phillips has confirmed if the videos were staged. Blueโ€™s sisterโ€™s Instagram post said the family was still unclear about the situation but thanked fans for their support. Meanwhile, Phillips has not commented on the timing of her video, posted just three hours before Blueโ€™s.

This isnโ€™t the first time the two have made headlines with shocking stunts. Earlier this year, both sparked pregnancy rumors, which fans later suspected were fake. Their rivalry continues to fuel online debates, with some calling it a publicity strategy to stay relevant.

The UK law states that impersonating a police officer is a criminal offense, but itโ€™s unclear if the videos crossed that line. Legal experts suggest that if the clips were clearly marked as fictional, they might not face penalties. However, the realistic nature of the videos has caused confusion.

Blueโ€™s arrest video gained over 5 million views on Instagram, with thousands of comments. Many fans showed support, using hashtags like #FreeBonnie, while critics called the stunt misleading. Some pointed out that the same officers appeared in both videos, making the setup even more suspicious.

Both stars have built massive online followings by pushing boundaries. Blue boasts 764,000 Instagram followers, while Phillips also has a strong fanbase. Their latest stunt has once again put them in the spotlight, proving that controversy drives engagement.
