Leaked images showing Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) with a glowing chest wound and a mysterious Homelander (Antony Starr) title card have fans debating what will happen in the show’s last chapter.
A Reddit user named Sudden-Commercial195 shared pictures that quickly went viral on fan forums. The most talked-about image suggests Kimiko develops a powerful new ability similar to Soldier Boy’s chest beam that can remove a Supe’s powers permanently.
How Frenchie’s Death Pushes Kimiko Toward a Deadly New Power
The second-to-last episode of The Boys ended with Frenchie (Tomer Capone) sacrificing himself to save Kimiko from Homelander. After Homelander attacked the lab where they were working, Frenchie locked Kimiko in a safe room and lured the villain into a radiation trap. The blast hurt Homelander but killed Frenchie, who died in Kimiko’s arms.

Some believe the image could be from the ending credits rather than the episode’s opening. One theory suggests Homelander might fire at the audience as a dark joke after being defeated, which fits the show’s twisted sense of humor.

The final shot of the trailer has Butcher saying “Superheroes are done” — a line that suggests the team might actually succeed in ending Homelander’s rule for good.
