Kujima ends up staying with the family. The creature says it will leave when winter ends and spring arrives. But Kujima starts helping the family in its own strange way. Kujima speaks normal Japanese but learned it from an old man in Russia. The creature eats the same food as humans, including insects.

Kujima: Why Sing, When You Can Warble? is based on a manga by Akira Konno. The manga ran in Shogakukan’s Gekkan Sunday magazine from 2021 to May 2024. The series ended with five volumes.
