Unlike the complex relationships shown in The Queen Who Crowns, these images depict a more peaceful time, raising questions about how these characters connected before the palace intrigues began.
Won Gyeong, despite her delicate appearance, is portrayed as a bold and strong-willed character. She captures the attention of scholar Lee Bang Won, whose charisma also intrigues her, setting the stage for their romance. Chae Ryeong and Yeong Sil, initially part of Won Gyeong’s close circle, will also have their backstories of loyalty and resilience explored. The show is scheduled for release on February 21, 2025.
