Sato has fled to the Philippines after a case in Japan and is involved with illegal gambling. His motive for targeting Jay-Jay is strategic; knowing she is important to his enemy Yuri, he uses her to get to him. Although Yuri and all of Section E are aware of the threat and are trying to protect her, Kuya Angelo admits it’s a difficult situation, stating, “I tried to find him through my connections, but that person is crazy”. Jay-Jay’s Fear and a Dangerous Phobia
