The series will consist of eight episodes and will be available worldwide on Crunchyroll, excluding Japan, China, Korea, Russia, and Belarus. The anime expands on the condensed theatrical version that opened in Japanese cinemas on September 4, 2026, restoring cut scenes and adding new content.

The theatrical run was originally planned for three weeks but was extended due to popular demand, with additional screenings beginning October 2, 2026.

The full cast also includes Jin Urayama as The Sculptor, Shizuka Ito as Emma, Akimitsu Takase as Hanbei, Takaya Hashi as Owl, and Tetsuo Kanao as Isshin Ashina.
Kenichi Kutsuna directs the anime at Qzil.la, with Takuya Satou as screenwriter and Takahiro Kishida as character designer. The production is handled by Kadokawa, Qzil.la, and Arch, with Studio Betta managing pre-production and post-production.
