A Look Back at the Bigg Boss 19 Journey

Bigg Boss 19 started with 16 original contestants, later joined by two wildcard entrantsโ€”Malti Chahar and Shehbaz Badeshaโ€”bringing the total to 18 housemates. The season introduced a unique political twist called “Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar” (Housemates’ Government), which gave contestants collective power to make decisions affecting the house. A special “Assembly Room” with parliament-style seating was built for debates and announcements.

The season was not without major controversies. One of the most discussed incidents involved contestant Ashnoor Kaur, who was removed from the house after violating the strict rule against physical violence by striking Tanya Mittal with a wooden plank.
