What Happened Before Episode 4
Mebius Dust is an original television anime based on a story by Hajime Shinagawa . The series is produced by animation studio Doga Kobo .
The story takes place ten years after a meteorite fell to Earth. Giant crystals released mysterious particles called Mebius Dust. These particles gave some children special abilities known as Ramus .
The Ramus powers only work within range of the Mebius Dust particles. Children who carry the Ramus ability, called Ramus Carriers, are not allowed to leave the town of Shinkatsushika .
Araki, Stella, and Olga are ordinary high school students living in this town . They formed a team called Police Hopper and spend their nights playing games where teams use their Ramus powers to compete for territory.
The series focuses on these young people who gained special abilities and the battles they fight.
Episode 1 introduced the main characters and the world they live in. It showed Araki, Stella, Olga, and their friends as they began to understand their powers.
Episode 2 continued to develop the characters and their relationships. The team started to work together more seriously.
Episode 3, titled “Diabolic Meteo,” came out on July 23 . This episode showed the team facing Diabolic Ghost, a dangerous and violent group of Ramus carriers . The group chose Police Hopper as their next opponent. The battle took place in a parking garage in Kameari.
Araki was starting to understand his own abilities and gain confidence. However, a character named Kurusu appeared and showed a deep interest in Araki . Kurusu is a mysterious figure who looks like a young girl but is actually a boy. His entire body except for his brain is made of Ramus . This makes him one of the most unusual characters in the series.
Episode 3 ended with many questions about Araki’s true power and why Kurusu is so interested in him.

The anime is produced by Doga Kobo, a well-known animation studio . Taro Iwasaki serves as the director . Yoriko Tomita handles the series composition . Hajime Shinagawa created the original story and original character designs . Hatsume Kojima is the character designer for the anime. The music is composed by DÉ DÉ MOUSE .
