The safety of BTS member Jungkook has become a major talking point again. A fresh wave of anger is spreading across social media after TikTok clips allegedly showing the exact location of his home in Seoul went viral. Fans, known as ARMY, are not holding back. They are flooding the internet with demands for the singer’s label, HYBE, to take stronger legal action to protect him from obsessive stalkers.

The situation has gotten so bad that South Korean prosecutors recently arrested a woman who visited his house 23 times in just a few weeks. She ignored court orders and kept coming back. These ongoing invasions of privacy, now mixed with social media videos exposing his private space, have pushed fans to their limit. They are united under the powerful call: “Respect Jungkook and respect his privacy.”

Viral TikTok Clips Cross the Line, Expose Private Residence

The current uproar started when clips began circulating on TikTok that allegedly showed the building where Jungkook lives. While the specific videos are being removed for privacy violations, screenshots and discussions remain active on platforms like X (formerly Twitter). Fans are horrified that someone would share this kind of information, putting the artist in danger.

For a global superstar like Jungkook, his home should be the only place he can relax away from cameras. That peace has been completely broken. The viral nature of these clips means millions of people now have access to details that should never be public. One fan wrote on social media, “Posting his home address for likes is not fandom. It is a crime. Protect Jungkook.”

Brazilian Stalker Indicted After 23 Home Visits and Hundreds of Doorbell Rings

While the TikTok videos are new, the threat of stalkers is not. The legal system in Seoul is currently dealing with a very serious case. On March 3, 2026, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office announced the indictment and detention of a 30-year-old Brazilian woman.

The details of this case are frightening. Between December 7, 2025, and January 4, 2026, this woman went to Jungkook‘s home in the Yongsan district of Seoul 23 times. She did not just walk by. She reportedly rang his doorbell hundreds of times. She threw mail into his property and hung pictures on the railings.

Even after police issued an emergency order to stay away, she ignored it. She was arrested once on December 13, 2025, when she tried to slip into the building behind a delivery worker. But she was released and went right back. When caught, she told investigators she did it “out of love” for Jungkook. The court did not accept this excuse and kept her in jail.

Jungkook’s Emotional Plea: “People Want to Kill Me”

The mental toll of this constant fear is clear. Just days before the arrest of the Brazilian woman, Jungkook held a live broadcast on Weverse. He appeared emotional and spoke honestly about the hatred he faces.

He did not hide his feelings. He stated plainly that there are people who want to harm him.

“Honestly, there must be a lot of people who don’t support me and don’t like me and want to belittle me… and people who want to kill me. There must be a lot of people who hate me. But so what? I don’t care.”

These words shook the ARMY fanbase. For a major artist to say out loud that he knows people want to kill him is a major red flag. Fans saw this as a cry for help and proof that the security around him is not enough. His comments happened after reports of two women trying to guess the passcode to his front door.

A Pattern of Fear: A History of Security Breaches

This is not a one-time issue. Jungkook has dealt with “sasaengs” (obsessive fans who stalk idols) for years. The problem got much worse after he finished his military service in June 2025.

On the very day he was discharged, a Chinese woman in her 30s was arrested for trying to break into his home. Just months later, in August 2025, a Korean woman in her 40s was caught sneaking into the underground parking lot of his building. She claimed she was visiting a friend, but security cameras told a different story.

Even residents in his neighborhood are scared. One neighbor who walks their dog in the area spoke about seeing police carry a woman out of Jungkook‘s house. They said, “Please remember — idols are people too. Don’t cross boundaries — everyone deserves peace at home.”

Fans Demand Stronger Action from HYBE and Police

The ARMY is now putting direct pressure on HYBE. They feel the company’s statements about “zero tolerance” have not stopped the problem. They want to see actual arrests and convictions.

Social media campaigns like #ProtectJungkook and #RespectJungkook are trending. Fans are also calling for TikTok to do a better job of removing content that shares celebrity private addresses. The message is simple: liking his music does not give anyone the right to stand outside his front door.
