Lori Loughlin has officially filed for divorce from her husband Mossimo Giannulli after nearly three decades of marriage. The “Full House” actress, 62, submitted the paperwork on September 4 in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who married in November 1997, separated on August 31, 2025, according to court documents. Their split comes roughly one year after they began living apart and about six years after their involvement in the college admissions scandal that brought their family under intense public scrutiny.

Loughlin listed the date of separation as August 31, 2025, after 27 years and nine months of marriage. The couple share two adult daughters: Isabella Rose Giannulli, 27, and Olivia Jade Giannulli, 26. In the filing, Loughlin confirmed that she and Giannulli signed a prenuptial agreement on October 28, 1997, about a month before their wedding. They later amended that agreement on August 11, 2015. Loughlin is asking for their assets and debts to be divided according to the terms of the prenup. She also requested that the issue of spousal support be reserved for a future decision and that attorney’s fees and costs be allocated between the parties.
