This division becomes a serious issue when the players start fighting in the locker room. Ted notices the problem right away when he addresses the team. The players are not working together, and the cliques are obvious even during breaks. Ted, Coach Beard, and Coach Chilton know they have to fix this before it ruins the team.

Things take a turn when a group of arrogant men at the pub start trash-talking the Lady Greyhounds. They belittle the women for playing football. The verbal banter turns into a bar fight when one of the men accuses Gemma of cheating. Goalkeeper Boots smashes a beer bottle on an abusive man’s face.
The bar fight ends with the Lady Greyhounds, Coach Beard, and Ted all getting arrested. But the fight achieved what Ted wanted. The women’s team finally united against their abusers.
Zelda Southport Makes Her Entrance
While Ted is dealing with the team, Rebecca and Keeley attend the Women’s Football Business Summit. The keynote speaker is Zelda Southport, a managing partner at a company that invests only in women’s football teams.
Zelda gives a blunt speech, calling out businessmen who invest in women’s football just to look good. Keeley is impressed and wants Zelda to help the Lady Greyhounds. But Rebecca has doubts. She knows about Zelda’s shady past, including threatening a club owner and changing her name.
Rebecca’s distrust seems justified when Zelda gets the team out of jail without paying bail. She then leaks news of their arrest to the media. This looks like a PR move, and it makes Rebecca even more suspicious.

Roy Kent Goes on Ten Dates
The episode also focuses on Roy Kent, who is still trying to win back Keeley Jones. Roy asks Keeley if they can get back together, but she says he is not ready. He has not been on a proper date since they broke up three years ago.
They decide Roy will go on ten dates to figure out his feelings. Higgins is forced to keep track of the dates. Roy, being Roy, tries to be efficient. He dates five women in just two nights at the same bar.
His plan backfires. He gets intimate with a bartender, but his knee gives out in the middle of it. His sister takes him to see her friend, Dr. Erin Beaumont.
Laura Haddock plays Dr. Erin Beaumont. She has appeared in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ and ‘Downton Abbey: A New Era’. Haddock previously worked with Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent) in the 2013 short film ‘For Life’ and the 2015 feature ‘SuperBob’.
Dr. Beaumont treats Roy and immediately matches his abrasive energy. She does not seem intimidated by him, and Roy is intrigued. He ends up wanting her number from his sister. This new character could shake up Roy’s storyline in a big way.
What Happened in the Episode
The episode starts with Sharon Fieldstone guesting on Trent Crimm’s podcast. They discuss cliques and how they harm teams. This framing device connects to the main plot.
Rebecca and Keeley’s friendship faces another small rift. Keeley feels undervalued when Rebecca questions her excitement about Zelda. This has become a recurring theme this season.
