What Happened in Episode 10
Episode 10, which aired on March 31, 2026, pushed the story to its most tense point yet. Han Seol-ah and Cha Woo-seok finally began working together to uncover the truth about Chairwoman Kim Sun-ae and Joo Hyun-soo. Their investigation led them to discover that both of their families were destroyed by the same people.
Seol-ah learned that Baek Jun-beom, who was actually Lee Su-ho, had left a valuable painting to her in his will. This painting, named Stiller, became a key piece of evidence. Woo-seok and Seol-ah found a hidden vault inside the Royal Auction building. The vault contained paintings that were supposed to have been destroyed in a fire years ago, including Seol-ah’s father’s final artwork.
As Seol-ah recorded evidence inside the vault, the security system activated, trapping her inside. Woo-seok tried to warn her, but the signals were blocked inside the room. At the same time, Kim Sun-ae received an alert about the vault’s lock being opened and rushed back to the building. The episode ended with someone unlocking the door from the outside, leaving Seol-ah’s safety uncertain.
The episode recorded a nationwide average viewership rating of 4.4 percent, with a peak of 5.4 percent. This marked the show’s 10th consecutive win in its time slot across cable and general channels.
What to Expect in Episodes 11 and 12
The final two episodes will focus on the confrontation between Han Seol-ah and Chairwoman Kim Sun-ae. With Seol-ah trapped inside the vault at the end of episode 10, she faces immediate danger. Seol-ah will manage to escape and then appear at the auction house to publicly expose Kim Sun-ae’s crimes.
Seol-ah is expected to reveal the corruption involving the stolen paintings, the insurance fraud scheme, and the truth about her father’s ruin. The police will likely raid the auction house after her public statements. Chairwoman Kim Sun-ae is set to be arrested once the evidence against her becomes public.
Cha Woo-seok will also confront Joo Hyun-soo, the man responsible for his sister’s death. The two have a personal history that goes back years, and Woo-seok has been waiting for this moment. A physical confrontation between them is expected as Woo-seok tries to bring Hyun-soo to justice.
The relationship between Seol-ah and Woo-seok will also reach its conclusion. Throughout the series, they have struggled to trust each other while dealing with their shared enemies. Despite Seol-ah trying to push him away to protect him, Woo-seok has remained by her side. The finale will show whether their bond survives the final confrontation.
